Wololo Sound entrevista a Wade.

Wololo Sound: We want to start for the beginning, how was it and which artists were your references?
Wade: I started to go raving on Ohju club, located in the province of Cádiz, I listened few artists there and I started to like the electronic music until now. That was on 2010, so it has been 9 years with electronic music in my life.

WS: How would you define yourself and your style on decks? What do you think you’re giving to the audience to be liked so much?
W: Energetic and overwhelming. I like the public to have fun while I’m playing music, I pay attention to them to transmit the energy necessary at each moment, I think is very important to interact with them and make them have a good time.

WS: You have experience a boom and an important recognition during the last year and it continues to going up on this 2019. What important projects do you have to keep growing this way.
W: I’m very happy with this growing the last year, my team from Cumac Bookings and me are fighting for it. I don’t think about the future, I try to stay in the present the best way and we’ll see how it evolves the rest of the year, on this profession everything change very fast and it make me give my maximun each month because the competence is hard.

WS: On your production side, how is going the reception of your next release ‘Shake Dat’ on La Pera Records?
W: I think it’s good. It’s going out on 4th and I’m very happy to colab with George Privatti and Guille Placencia on his label. They are two tracks I’ve been playing a lot this past months and the reaction on the floor is satisfactory.

WS: Without any doubts tech house is right now in a turning point and growth that the puriest underground guys see it like a mainstream sound. What is your point of view here?
W: It hurts me and I feel sorry that the underground audience is shooting critics to tech house, the beauty of this profession is to have fun with the electronic music, no matter genre, it shouldn’t be labels. Personally, I don’t dislike any style of the electronics music, in my sets I don’t play only tech house, I don’t understand so many negative critics nowadays according to the musical label.

WS: Maybe is too much to adventure but on the growth of tech house, much guilt is the elrow phenomenon mixing colours, custom themes and music on almost every place on earth. How is your relationship with this family? Is there a long elrow-wade conection?
W: I’m very greatful for the oportunities elrow gave me, and I think right now they are the number one brand worldwide, so for me it will be always a pleasure to collaborate with them on present and future because I have always feel very welcome on this family.

WS: Recently you have been announced on one of the biggest festivals on Spain: Dreambeach Villaricos. What does it mean for you?
W: Still I can’t belive it, it was one of my dreams to fullfill on my career and for that it has been one of the emotive moments in my life. I really want it to come and give my 100% to the audience.

WS: The last one, what can yout tell us about the famous ID with the sample vocal from Dani Rovira?
